All jewellery is made to be functional and well worn however it is made from natural materials. Extra care should be taken with stone set pieces as the stones properties vary and can be soft/porous and effected by daily products,chlorine, heavy duty work etc. Opals and moonstones are especially soft and we would recommend taking extra care with these in general. Although our fine chains are very durable they may darken or stretch over time with general wear and tear, take extra care not to pull on them to prevent this. Some pieces are more delicate than others, we offer repairs and depending on the issue a fee might occur. If your jewellery tarnishes it can be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth. Always get in touch with any questions you may have regarding care.
