ORDERS

Our jewellery is lovingly handmade in London. Please allow 21 working days for the making of your item unless other time frames have been discussed. Once made please refer to the below for shipping info.

SHIPPING

Each item is sent via a tracked and signed for service. Once sent you will receive an email notification along with tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. 

In the rare occasion an item might be lost or damaged please contact us immediately so we can help get to the bottom of it.

If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot calculate them at checkout.. The customer is responsible for payment of import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Standard Shipping Estimates

UK – £8.95 – 1-3 days for delivery once posted.
Europe – £20.99 – 5-10 days for delivery once posted.
Rest of the world – £29.99 – 7-14 days for delivery once posted

RETURNS

Each piece is carefully handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order. As most pieces are made by hand they may vary and carry small inclusions and markings from the process, this makes each piece unique.

When ordering your piece please make sure your have the correct ring size, chain length etc and read the product descriptions to ensure you are purchasing the right size and best fit.

Items that are specially made to order are handmade in the studio by myself and unrefundable.

However, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do get in touch to discuss. There maybe the possibility of exchange on certain pieces provided that:

  1. We are notified via email regarding your wish to exchange an item.

  2. We receive the return with in 14 days of purchase.

  3. The item is returned unworn, unused, undamaged within its original packaging.

  4. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or in light of damage an equally secure outer box.

Please note a re processing fee may be incurred in the event of an exchange.
